I filled out the online form to unlock my phone 29th July. And recieved a confirmation email saying I would be emailed instructions within 10 days on how to unlock the device.
It is now 15th August 17 days later and still no email.
The confirmation email is a "no-reply" email address and I can't seem to find a contact email anywhere on the EE website and I can't call/text because I'm in Australia.
I need my unlocking ASAP, or I'll be forced to buy a separate phone to use whilst in Australia, which is outrageous when I have a perfectly working phone here but unable to use any other sim.

You will need to speak to the unlocking team as they are the only ones who can help.
There is no specific account access on these forums.

@Natshepherd If you’ve not had the device longer than 6 months it will not be unlocked and you’ll not get a e-mail from EE saying why.
Did youget this device yourself from EE ?

I recommend contacting our customer services who will be able to get in contact with the device unlocking team to chase this urgently for you.
Please let us know how you get on, once you've spoken to them.
