How do I unlock my old phone?

Currently living in Hong Kong. I bought a local SIM to put in an old phone and it is locked. Would like to know how to unlock the old phone so that I can use my local SIM in it to receive calls, texts, use data.

Did you buy this device yourself new direct from EE or is it 2nd-hand? The process & costs are different.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Re: How do I unlock my old phone?

Good evening to you @D-Scott.

So I believe with the time difference in Hong Kong.

To unlock any of our devices we have 2 processes as @XRaySpeX has advised.

If you could get back to us in regards to how you got the device we can then guide you to the correct route to unlock your phone.
