Re: How do I unlock my old phone

Did you buy the old device yourself new direct from EE or is it 2nd-hand? The process & costs are different.

Re: How do I unlock my old phone

Good Morning @_Megannimmo01

Welcome to the community.

If you follow the below links for information on unlocking any EE device depending on how this was purchased;

Just to let you know, if this was an iPhone purchased directly from EE on or after 1 September 2015 will be unlocked automatically once the device reaches 18 months old.

This means you may not need to request your device to be unlocked if you purchased the Apple device on or after 1 September 2015.

You can now check the lock status of your EE device here or by texting UNLOCK to 150.

Let us know if you have any other questions 🙂

Leanne.
