How do I unlock my device?

I need to put another SIM in my phone as I am overseas. Please please tell me how I can unlock my device so I can do this. I tried following a link from a text but it said 'device cannot be unlocked' and gave me 0 reasoning why. Please please please please can I just unlock it so I can put in a sim that works overseas.

Please read EE comprehensive unlocking guide, and follow the instructions here.


You cannot unlock any device which is in the first 6 months of its contract.






To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
