Is it possible to activate my phone now that I'm in Spain as I didn't do this whilst I was in the UK.
At the moment I'm unable to make any phone calls.

You mean activate roaming?
If you cannot do this via your online account or app then you need to call CS or if pay monthly use live chat via EE contract page. (click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will be visible).

If not, after you've logged in on your phone's browser (not the app) a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
