How can i use my UK SIM in a phone brought in France?


 I've just been given an iPhone 5s that was brought in France, what do i need to do to be able to use my UK SIM card? It's on EE but I'm with giffgaff

You need to get the French network it's on to unlock it.

@Jking77  What's on EE a sim or the IPhone  ?   

 

If its the phone you you need to call customer service to request it to be unlocked it will cost you £8.99 and take up to 10 days to process. 

 

 

And just to check you got a UK phone that's on EE and it was purchased in France ?
