It has been suggested that if I restore default I may resolve the problem that I have mention before, ( not receiving photos that I got a few weeks ago). The EE shop said possibly it's the phone itself.

Re: How ca I find the pass code for my mobile

Good morning @Nora-2008

Welcome back to the community 🙂

I remember speaking to you very recently about the photo problem you were having.

Have you backed everything up on the phone like saving photos etc?

If you need help remember you can pop into your local EE store and one of the guys can help you.

Have you tried performing the master reset yet?

Here is some information from our Alcatel One Touch help and support pages.

Find out how to perform a master reset on your device.

  1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Factory data reset.
  5. Tap RESET PHONE.
  6. Tap ERASE EVERYTHING.

The device has been restored to factory settings.

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks

Richard

Re: How ca I find the pass code for my mobile

I've been into 2 shops and no one found the reason for the problem as connection is alright. It has been suggested it may be the phone.
I've backed up photos but not what's on the notes, I need to do the rest.
Thanks N
