Google pixel 2 unlocking fail :(



I upgraded my phone (6 weeks early) and wanted to pass my pixel 2 on to a friend.


Filled in the online form, received a unlocking complete text but yet it's still locked!


Any ideas on what to do next?

Have you spoken to the unlocking team?


Have you restarted and tried a SIM from a different network.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
