I paid upfront for a M2 device on a rolling 30 day contract. its now on a rolling 30 day contract.
I have been offered a better deal on a another mobile provider for my business and have accepted it, Unfortunately EE have failed to offer a similar service. (BTW i don't want to move because of the hassle but its significant).
I have been told by EE business customer services that the device is locked until its 6 months even though i now own the device and i'm outside the contract. Can they do this as in theory i own the device and are forcing to stay with the provider post contract.
