EE Number not recognised

Hi, I am trying to unlock my phone online. I have had it for over 6 months and fulfil all the criteria shown. When I type in my phone number or the IMEI number on the website, it says it does not recognise my number. I am paying for an ee contact and I got my phone contract directly from ee. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and I am trying to use an Indian sim card - as I am currently living in India for 3 months. If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using a UK mobile number which is still active? 


You might need to speak to the unlocking team via the unlocking guide page.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
