@akinsoysal : All phones purchased from EE are locked to EE.
Where did you get this device originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it on contract or PAYG? How old is it?

Hello @XRaySpeX , as mentioned, we bought it in the UK. I think it was from a reseller. It was not a monthly contract, as I said, we paid the whole price of the phone. It was bought in November 2019.
Could you please inform me about the unlocking process?

@akinsoysal : Where in UK? Were they new or pre-owned?

To unlock a phone not bought direct from EE you need to call Customer Services on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) to put you in touch with the Unlocking Team to request an Unlock Code. You will be asked for your email addy. They will take payment (of £8.99) from any valid UK bank card.
Once the process has been started you will receive an email from the Unlocking Team to process the unlock. It can take up to 10 days to complete the unlock.

@XRaySpeX Is it possible for you to check the IMEIs that I mentioned belong to EE or not? Where can I learn it?

No, I'm not EE but just a user like you. Try CheckMEND

I paid 1.99 pounds and it did not tell me whether it is locked or not, just whether it was blocked or not.
Isn't there any possible way whether I can get to this EE customer support or something? This is getting ridiculous!

Did it tell you it was on EE. If so, it is certainly locked to them.
I already gave you a number for EE.
