Bought PAYG with credit can I transfer to existing SIM Etc.

New PAYG phone came with credit.  Want to use existing SIM etc.  Any advice on how to transfer this credit greatfully received.

In addition to the information @Tom222 has given to you

 

Here the rules for transferring credit.

 

Credit can be transferred from one pay as you go account to another if:

 

  • The handset and SIM has been returned because it's faulty.
  • You have topped up the wrong account using an E top-Up.
  • You have topped up the wrong account using a voucher.

Credit cannot be transferred from one pay as you go account to another if:

 

  • You have lost the SIM card and purchased a new one with a different mobile number.
  • The account has been disconnected

Hello @djb1 for top up & pack queries please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and look into this for you.

 

If the credit is still showing physically on the account balance they may be able to, if the credit has already been used to buy a pack this is none transferable and you will have to use it up on the SIM then discard it/keep it as a spare. Smiley Happy
