Blacklisted Samsung

I purchased a Samsung S10e last July on eBay. Phone worked perfectly until yesterday when it became Not Registered on Network. Contacted EE and they stated phone was blacklisted as a previous owner had claimed not to have received it, so they blacklisted it (some 7 months later)! Contacted EBay for refund and they asked for CheckMEND certificate. Though EBay did not accept certificate as 'Stolen' section did not show 'Warning'. How do I request EE to notify CheckMEND to have it showing as 'Warning' in stolen section.

@SpecialBuzz : This sounds like a typical fraud on part of original owner. They claim to not receive it but sell it 2nd-hand.


EE will not un-blacklist for you. They will only discuss this with original owner.
