Account says I am not the account holder

I have just joined EE.

I am trying to get the content block off so I can access the 18+ services.

It claims that I am not the bill payer or the account holder.

 

How do I change this

 

Also, why isnt there a chat section to talk to an advisor live? Why do we have to sign up to a forum to get problems solved?

Hello @sian_elsdon there is a live chat option available via logging in to MYEE online or browsing the pages on http://ee.co.uk and clicking the popup box when available but all EE customer service channels are now closed for the day. Here is a link containing information on how to manage account permissions (user, bill payer) for your MYEE online account, once this has been done you can then change content lock settings (pay monthly only). :):
