Account closed and phone locked without a warning

i recurved a text message today saying that my phone has been locked; I can’t text or call anyone, or even use my mobile data. And when I logged onto my EE account it says that it has been closed, even though I still have another year to go with my contract. Any ideas why that has happened?

You will need to contact EE customer services on 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 from 8AM.

As @David has advised you will need to speak to our customer service team.

 

They will be able to check your account and let you know what has happened.
