Hi I have asked for my old iPhone 6 to be unlocked because I have now upgraded but I still have not had an email or a text message!

@Nicolecauserx They are probably trying to unlock the new device that's now associated with your account. I suggest you call customer services and ask what's going on and also make sure that they have the correct IMEI number. You can get this yourself via the device in question, on the dial keypad Dial *#06#. The number shown is the device IMEI number and its unique to that device
