Got my mobile upgrade to replace damaged phone. Inserted new sim. Didn't realise pin was provided so created my own and this is now the sim pin and provided won't work. However phone states no service and won't connect to EE

@Jonmissile The sim pin that you have charged will have no bearings on the sim not being activated.
The SIM card can take up to 24 hours to activate,
