No I was emailed by xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx this number +447953966250 or 150. To ring if i I was still not reciving text messages of barclays if what ever they did. Could you check the ports have been done properlyfor me?

This has just happened to me! Gone from 02 to EE and can't set up my barclays app. I've called EE who told me to call barclays who told me it was EE so went into store to EE today and still left with no answer. I use barclays for my business so it's really important
Can anyone help me?

I've called them and they say the ports have been transferred correctly
I've spoken to 2 people and still have no answer. Just that I need to wait 24 hours (I've wait a week already) then go in branch to sort it out.
So will have to do that!

Hi there @Christopher_G and team,
I am having the same issues. Barclays, WhatsApp, and a business service I use have all tried to send me verification codes and they are not getting through. Personal texts from mobile to me are fine.
Would love your help.

Having similar issues to those discussed. Switched from O2 to EE, and Barclays verification code not pulling through. Initially spoke with Barclays, who mentioned it to be a common issue with EE customers and to speak with EE. Spent an hour on the phone to EE, and after a number of failed resets, they’ve reset my network and I was told to wait for 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and the issue is still yet to be resolved. Any advice from here would be appreciated? Very frustrating.
On a side issue, I’ve registered by Barclays debit card for Apple Wallet and received my verification code through from Barclays for this? I’ve also deleted the app, reinstated it and doubled checked my number.

Hi Leanne - I am having the exact same issue. This feels riduculous! Please can you help me fix this? Uber and Barclays are the apps I use the most.
