ee has suspended my texts

why has ee texted me to say that my texts have been suspended because i have been sending "too many" texts, although i payed for unlimited texts? im so angry how do i fix this problem, how can i be suspended for sending too many texts if ive payed for it, stupid! now i cant text anymore! Smiley Mad

All providers have a Fair Use Policy on the use of all their services.

To be fair though if they are going to enforce it they should publish it 

 

@forida_  I believe the fair usage policy only kicks in if you text over 300 different numbers in a month have you done this? 

 

What kind of plan are you on?
