contract still valid but not able to send text messages ?

contract still valid but have not been able to send texts since friday late afternoon. can make outgoing calls but cannot call 150 ?

@rachel_hayden   Calling 150 is just a call like calling one of your friends so if calling your friends work so should calling 150.   Have you tried restarting the device?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

yes my thoughts exactly but strangely enough  i can call anyone and anything else but dialing 150 it wont even connect to attempt connection for a call to be a possibility and texts will not send and no explanation or reason for blocking the action

@rachel_hayden : For sending texts, check your phone has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.

that is what i have but still not able to send text messages at all only call friends / family and not 150 number
