How much were you charged for each?
Where are you?

What are the 1st 5 digits of the no. you texted?
What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

Was your pack active at the time? If you think this is wrong then you will need to call EE CS.

@Profile closed 25 minutes, 50 texts and 10MB data on pay as you go. With a free boost every 12 weeks.

@Laura8912 so how long does that particular pack last for? Reasons you might have been charged:
1. Your pack didn't become active.
2. Your pack expired on you.
3. You texted a landline.
4. You texted a 5 figure number.

The pack keeps renewing while you have a minimum of £1 credit on your phone. It lasts while you still have the same number. On top of the original pack I have boosts of 60 minutes, 50 texts and 50MB and never use all of this. I texted my mum's mobile.

I haven't done it as I thought that was only to keep track of your pack. I noticed the charge when I logged onto my EE account. It's only that one on 28th March at 14:04.

Ah, OK. It's now well past this happening. You'll probably never find out why you were charged for this text but it might be worth calling EE to query it.
The no. you texted was a UK no, indeed EE, & would be included in your pack mins.

Just incase anyone's in a similar situation in the future and looks at this, I have contacted ee via live chat and been refunded for the text message.
