Hi Katie thanx for the reply. I'm in the uk I am connected to wifi and I can make phone calls. I have a galaxy s9. I just got to london this morning.

Hi Katie I did follow the step by step instructions to change to ee internet and I have internet but still no text it says review message and try again.

Does the error message give you any further details?
Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

No other instructions just the message. And I'm from canada my plan at home is monthly...the sim card is pay as you go with 10gb 500texting 250talk and it says its works when calling or texting canada

Are you texting a UK mobile or an international number?
Can you text BALANCE to 150, does this work?
Also, what reply do you get?

I am texting canada texts to UK numbers is working
150 balance went through says I have 10gb and unlimited text and minutes to ee numbers only and it also says I have 429 texts remaining with 229 minutes

Can you call the numbers?
If you are texting an international number this would be chargeable.
You can check costs on our Calling abroad from the UK tool. All you need to do is enter the country you're calling or texting and select pay monthly or pay as you go.

Yes I can call the international numbers no problem.
