@Jaho70 Because MMS are not enabled on your account, the easiest way to enable MMS is to send a MMS to yourself. please do bear in mind that MMS’s are chargeable and not part of your tariff or contract allowance.

For most phones, you can download the MMS settings needed from the online set up tool.
