@grayso1   Are you a contract or pay-as-you-go customer and do you have a remaining text allowance ?  Do you have a signal showing on your device ?  Is this to every number you send texts to have just one specific number  ?

I have a contract with unlimited texts and it is to every number i try to srend text to.

@grayso1 you might need your SMS settings reset. You can phone EE for them to send settings to your phone. Or @Chris_B might know the interactive way of achieving the same.

@grayso1   Sounds crazy but have you tried restarting the device?  And what device is it ?

For sending texts, check your phone has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.
