i recently transferred to EE from Vodafone. It appears that it didn't port properly and any friends or relations that are Vodafone customers are unable to contact me and get a Vodafone voicemail message. After checking with Vodafone, my account is completely inactive and they believe it is a porting problem. I have since contacted EE to ask if you could look into it but 2 weeks later still have not heard anything. I have had several issues with EE already and this isn't helping. I need some reassurance that this will be rectified as soon as possible.
