Verification texts not being recieved

Hi I've just got a new phone on EE and ported my number from o2. My issue is that I am  not receiving verification messages from my banking app and I am needing this to log in and manage my finances. It has also been a problem receiving verification texts from other apps and I can seem to find a way to fix this.

@Piaonex   You need to call customer services so they can request the port again.  Some of the porting files have got corrupt so it need to be done again.
