Texts pending

Hi all,

I'm new to EE, literally got on board two weeks ago. My texts were starting to work fine and I'm receiving them fine but when I now reply or send a new text the details just say 'pending'.

Any help please?

Re: Texts pending

It may be worth de-registering your iMessages on the iCloud, @Lillysue.

This could be what's causing the problem.

Re: Texts pending

Hi Chris,

I've got a Samsung Galaxy A70.

And, it's so annoying that I can receive messages but not reply or just
send. They all just stay pending. It must be something so easy to fix!

Re: Texts pending

Have you tried restarting the phone, @Lillysue?

Does it seem to be to specific numbers that you have the problem with, like a particular network? Or just to iPhones etc?

What kind of phone did you have before?

Re: Texts pending

Hi Chris,

No, it's all numbers, phone, networks. I had an iPhone previously.

I think I'm going to have to visit an EE store.

Thanks for replying though..
