Texting is fine upto 73 hours

About 2days ago, I am not receiving text messages from other people but receiving calls.

I contacted EE support and he said text you will receive within 73 hours and that is fine.

Now If the company really think to have text within 73 hours is a fine service, then I would like to know how many people will have this issue and being satisfied.

Re: Texting is fine upto 73 hours

@Kyu  Text messaging is not classed as a reliable means of communication as texts sometimes don’t get delivered.  If EE says upto 73 hours then it’s changed from the original 24 hours. But different factors can cause a delay in receiving SMS messages   Please have a read of THIS

What phone is it that you have?

Many thanks,

Re: Texting is fine upto 73 hours

Dear Lee

I am using samsung 7 edge.

Yes it is not incoming from many contacts.

What made me not happy was that the staff keep telling me 73 hours. The company seems not to have any quality control and guidline for your staff. Now I am wondering the average hours or minutes for the complition of texting and acceptable range for a fine service. I assume that this case is totally out of that range which deviated far from the average. I will wait for 73 hours.

Best wishes

Kyu
