I have recently ported over from o2 and now don’t receive OTP from Santander. I have seen previous posts earlier this year but no solution.
i have spoken with EE where both advisors gave me different answers with the final one stating it’s Santander’s fault for not meeting EEs security standard and they can’t do anything.
Any ideas before I swap back to O2 where I have had years of no issues?If I want anyone to decide security it’s my bank not my phone provider.
