I sometime use a premium text service but when I try nothing happens. They don't get my text, its as if it's blocked but I can't find where. Everything was fine before I transfered from T-Mobile to EE - anyone know where the block might be?

Try texting UNBAR to 150. Do the Premium texts now go?

OK. Now try logging into your My EE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Call Abroad and Premium rate. This will show as ticked if Premium Rate is activated. If it is not ticked, can you activate this setting?. If so, do the Premium texts now go?
