Solved: My mobile is broke and wont be able to receive text from ee

Two days ago I ordered the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 + 5g phone. In order to confirm a delivery date I would be in receipt of a text message. Unfortunately the phone I currently have in my possession failed to reboot so therefore I can neither call receive calls or text messages to confirm a delivery date.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
