Hi, I received a message from a friend of mine that said I had sent them a video/picture message-they were given a code. But I haven’t sent a video or picture message to this person. Wonder if you might be able to help? Many thanks

Maybe you sent them a text with an emoticon/ emoji in it? These can be converted to MMS.
