I keep getting gifs removed when I try to send an SMS as I have exceeded the limit.
Is it possible to increase this limit to 1MB to resolve this issue?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Good Morning and welcome to the community @Manic46.
What phone are you currently using?
Have you looked at the option of a 3rd party app such as WhatsApp?

Thanks for your response. It's an Xperia XZ Premium.
I've just put Whatsapp on and that has helped but not everyone has it and Messaging would be simple.
I think it might be a Network Operator limit (EE) but I'm not sure and thought I'd just confirm it one way or the other.

I haven't exceeded any of my limits. I have unlimited texts and 19GB of data left of my allowance.
The message says "Attachment limit reached. You can try sending your message but it might not be delivered unless you remove one or more attachments."
The gif I selected to check the warning message is over 500Kb while other smaller gifs can be sent with no issue.
It seems to clearly be a file size issue but I wasn't sure if it was an Android limitation or one set by EE and whether or not the limit could be increase.
