Yes but been told by NatWest it’s EE blockin verification  text messages

Yes, there are regular reports of this, mainly coming from O2 - not receiving barclays verification code . As far as I can tell it something to with an incomplete port of info from O2 to EE & nowt to do with the bank, who can however sometimes sidestep this issue by giving you the verification code verbally.

I'm having same issue and have only had contract 2 days ! I am raising this issue with ofcom

OFCOM don't handle individual complaints. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.

Then as you've had a deadlock you may escalate to their ADR, Ombudsman Services. EE's deadlock letter should have informed you of this process.

Yea spoke to tech support nothing they can do spoke to NatWest they have advised it’s an ongoing issue and even NatWest are not happy with situation

There is no fix for this nothing EE can do

Apparently within 14 days it'll fix itself & your texts will come flooding thro'.

No .. EE have told me they have a block (spam filter ) on sms verification messages and this block can't be lifted as it's to protect against fraud !!
