I cannot iMessage my brother in Australia, but I can my sister in law.

I can text or iMessage my sister in law in Australia, but cannot do the same with my brother.  He doesn’t have me blocked or anything and he can send me iMessages etc.  We’ve both done resets on our phones (7 Plus) but no joy.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers!

Hi @Sophies_mommy01

This maybe your problem.

Log into your online account and then menu - Manage device, make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.

Or

From the MyEE app current usage - controls, activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Thanks
