I am not receiving verification texts on my iPhone

Hi

I moved to EE from Three a month ago and all was ok. From yesterday I am not receiving any one time passwords or verification texts. It’s just not with one provider but with multiple banks, Amazon, Monzo etc. This is really annoying and I have tried restarting my device, reset network settings multiple times and even unblocked a few numbers. Still no luck. Even I tried to pop in my SIM on my mates phone and still the same. It’s very frustrating as I am unable to carry out any transactions. Has anyone faced this? Please help

Arun

Hi Leane

thanks. I already spoke to your tech team on Saturday morning and haven’t had any luck so far. It’s been more than 2 days now and this is really annoying and has stopped me from carrying out important transactions. Can this be looked into please?

Hi there @arunsethu

Thanks for coming back to me.

Is this being investigated for you by our Tech Gurus?

What did they advise when you called?

Yes Leanne. They were supposed to call me back yesterday with an update but I missed the call and I called back. But no one has returned my call so far.
