I moved to EE from Three a month ago and all was ok. From yesterday I am not receiving any one time passwords or verification texts. It’s just not with one provider but with multiple banks, Amazon, Monzo etc. This is really annoying and I have tried restarting my device, reset network settings multiple times and even unblocked a few numbers. Still no luck. Even I tried to pop in my SIM on my mates phone and still the same. It’s very frustrating as I am unable to carry out any transactions. Has anyone faced this? Please help

thanks. I already spoke to your tech team on Saturday morning and haven’t had any luck so far. It’s been more than 2 days now and this is really annoying and has stopped me from carrying out important transactions. Can this be looked into please?
