Hi folks, I am not a technophobe but having such trouble navigating EE site and need some answers. Just can't seem to get into my EE account and need to speak to someone unless I call and spend an exorbitant amount for the pleasure. My problem is that I have had a message to say I am transferring from Orange to EE but cannot access my account. When I try to register then it throws me out but is quite happy to send me an email to say someone is trying to use my email address to do so. Everywhere I go it tells me I will find the answer if I log into my account Help!
