That could explain it, @sylwia2020.

 

It seems people are still iMessaging you and those are the ones going through to your old phone.

 

If you turn off your iMessage on your old phone, it should stop this from happening:

 

Tap Settings > Messages > Turn off iMessage.

 

Let me know if that works.

Did you use a PAC code to transfer your number over? If so, when did you give it to us?

 

Which network did you transfer from?

I received a pac code from three network and I was chatting with an advisor last Sunday. She did everything I can use mobile data making a calls and answering calls but I cant receiving text messges. They coming to my old phone I need to sort it.

What kind of phone are you using now? And what kind of phone were you using before the transfer?
