I keep recieving msgs from dealalerts they are charging everymsg 1.50 how can I stop them

Hi, @KrisH, I don't know who or what "dealalerts" is. Is it legitimate? Can you contact them to get them to stop? Can you unsub from them without that costing you?


If no to the above then contact EE to have a Spend Cap of 0 put on your EE account. That may stop it. But it will stop other charging services being made on your account, too.

You should also ask EE to block premium numbers.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
