Do you have an inactive PAYG account? 

 

If the text asks you, or directs you to a site to add personal information then it's a scam. 

 

Best call EE CS on 150 to check.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Recieved this message from EE a moment ago. Looks a little suspicious and cannot forward the message on. Only delete.

 

Dear Customer,
Your EE account has been temporarily suspended,
please confirm your details at https://eeuklogin.co.uk/en/ to avoid loss of service.

@Phantomxoxo : It's a scam. That domain, faked to look like EE, was only created today in Arizona & probably be gone soon.

 

Report it to EE by forwarding it to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).

I have, stupidly followed the link entered my email and password but realised when the next page asked for payment details and exited the page. Have changed all my passwords now to be on the safe side.
