Cannot receive extrapin to enable me to transfer money from Greek bank

Trying to transfer money from Greek bank account which needs extrapin for security being sent to my mobile. SMS being sent from bank but doesn’t arrive on phone. Advised by bank it is EE that won’t forward SMS. Why?

Hi @Emily2015 

 

It's more likely the foreign bank issue sending a number to a UK mobile number. 

 

Have you received other texts from this bank in the past? Are you using iMessage?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Have been using bank transfer with same phone number and same bank up until April of this year. When I visited bank yesterday they advised it is a problem with EE and 02 customers.
