3rd party bar

I can’t UNBAR 3rd party’s so I can enter a competition, I’ve texted UNBAR to 150 but it says there’s no bar, but when I try to text the competition it won’t allow me! Can someone help please?

@Matt80  are you a contract or pay-as-you-go customer if you’re on pay-as-you-go you will need credit on your account to pay for this text. If you’re on contract do you have a spend Of 0 pounds on your account if you do then you need to remove that.

Hi you need to turn your device on and off for the unbar to take effect , and it can also sometimes take few days to take effect
