ee tv saying box not activated

swtiched to ee tv broadband etc a week ago and already regretting it! had the tv connected and it was working, now it's saying the box isn't activated and customer services are closed!

@loulou9685  have you tried turning off the router and the EE tv box for a few minutes then restarting them ?

@loulou9685 Unfortunately you’ll need to call customer services tomorrow morning to get this looked in to.
