I went to Use my ee box and it says disabled and When i check my bills it says £34 outstanding But all other bills previous to that one have been taken out through direct debit

@James1555xo What EE box? A router or an EE TV Box?

Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?
What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?
Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

Its My Ee TV Box That comes up that its disabled and it was working fine in the morning and at night disabled @XRaySpeX

@James1555xo @Is your BB working still? They wouldn't have cut off the TV Box without cutting off the BB first.

Broadband works fine says on tv box This ee Box has been disabled please arrange the return of the box through our helpdesk @XRaySpeX

@James1555xo Sounds like they think you have cancelled the EE TV part of the package. You better get on to them.
