EETV signal 0% quality

I am trying to set uop a new EE TV Box  it tunes 95 channels at 90 - 100% strength but 0% quaility on them all. If I replug in my old Talk Talk Freeview Box I get full signal on all channels with no problems.

It cant be the aerial or connectuion cables as it works on another box -- is there a fault in my new EE Box

Hi I have had EE Broadband for 12 months with no problem and worked on the Talk Talk box
