App has changed?!

Logged on to ee TV app this evening (yay for new update working on android oreo) however tonight both on my media pad and my phone the app is only showing me a TV guide, and scheduled recordings. If I click any of these I'm not given the choice to wait h anything, just record or unrecord my scheduled stuff. I can't watch anything. Does anyone know what may have happened. As I say this is exactly the same on two devices. Thanks

I tried it on my Mote e5 play (Oreo OS) and it works fine.

Hi, no no error message. Just gives me TV guide at the top which if I press gives me a list of whats on but no option to watch. And a list of my scheduled recordings 😞IMG_20190219_214141.jpg

Yes, my box hasnt changed at all everything fine and recording and watchable 🤔

Excuse me for being thick, but is that not what it is meant to do?

 

When on the same WiFi as the EETV, the app allows you to watch live, record or replay. Also allows setting recordings etc.

 

When away from home, the app only allows a TV guide, shows planned recordings from the app and allows you to set recordings.

The problem is I am at home, and connected to the same WiFi as the box. Tech are helping me 🙂
