Error code NCE-006 when I try to set up my BT sport's.

BT sport's is included with my contract but when I click the link EE sent me to set it up and fill in the information the error code NCE-006 pops up and tells me to call EE on 07953966250. I have tried calling this number numerous times but it's not very helpful. Can anyone offer a solution to my problem or is there anyway I can contact EE directly??? Any help would be much appreciated thank you.

Hello @Ryan4 searching the error code 006 on the BT help site:

States that the error code 006 is unique to EE customers only and is usually due to a suspension in either the EE line or BT Sport subscription. To get this looked into please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) using the account queries options and quoting the error code who can look into this for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. Smiley Happy:
