Why can’t I do an add to plan accessories

Hi

 

i have been trying to add an accessory to my plan, I am inside the first 17 months as it states on your website. However I can’t seem to add any within the app or online

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

No, I haven’t yet. I had one which finished and wanted to add another.

Is there a price difference in regards to your old add to plan and the one your looking to add?

Hi i am in the same situation. There is no option to add to plan anymore. There used to be in the "add on" section in my account but it has disappeared . It has been like it for about 2 weeks now. I was able to add 2 more but there is no option now.

Yes, I click add to plan, asks me to log-in and when i log in gives me this message 

"Sorry Carl.

We can’t let you upgrade 07*********** right now.  See if you can upgrade any other devices on your account

There is no option to add plan now, I was told it was because I’m over 12 months; however your website now says 17 months.

Yes you're right, as long as your within the first 17 months of your 24 month contract your account should be eligible.

I am now having the same problem. Can see add to plan accesories but as soon as I log in it won't let me see them anymore and just shows me a page asking if I want to upgrade or purchase a new device. Not sure if it is coz I have an outstanding bill or not. Currently have 2 add to plan accesories one of which is due to end later this month - had no problem purchasing those.

Welcome to the community.

 

To be eligible to add accessories to your plan you'll need to be:

 

  1. A new or existing customer and signing up to a new 24-month device, WiFi or tablet plan online, over the phone or in one of our retail stores

  2. Be within the first 17 months of your plan

  3. Have no outstanding debt with EE (as credit checks will apply)

 

If you are eligible, give us a call we will get this looked into for you 🙂
