I received a text message from EE yesterday offering me a Ring Doorbell. When I try to get the deal the link does not bring up the item. I have tried Customer Services, who were no help at all. What if going on with EE?

Mobile Care team have been in touch and I have ordered the Doorbell in a voice conversation
they have also suggested changes to my account and have allegedly sent me an e mail to create a new password. That e mail has never been received in the last 20 or so hours. I am getting increasingly frustrated with this.

The add to plan pages are a mess. They never work. Haven't for me and I did raise this up but obviously this hasn't been fixed. By sounds of it they aren't even trying.

The entire system is a shambles. I have been trying to resolve an issue with buying data on line for my Osprey but constant phone calls and formal complaints have resulted in no action. It is now nearly three years since I started complains about this but no body seems to be interested. I think I need to change Service Provider next time round.

Once again, EE snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Having arranged to purchase the Doorbell by means of a telephone conversation with a representative from Sales and promised delivery today nothing arrived. It is clear to me that EE are incapable of managing anything.

It sounds like your delivery is with DPD.
They will send you another text when it's on the way with your delivery slot.

Another tortuous 20 months minutes trying to get through to Customer Services eventually spoke with someon who tells me my delivery will not be Until tomorrow now.
REferred me to DPD to make a complaint and could not seem to understand that when you purchase an item any complaint is with the vendor not their agent. The phone options are a nightmare to navigate and all phone numbers take you to the same set of options.
is anybody at EE able to do anything except say sorry. My last complaint I’d dated nearly two years ago and has never been responded to. Time to escalate these issues to another level.

We wouldn't be able to alter the delivery from here.
You may be able to edit the delivery if you have the DPD app.
