Bought new smart plugs recently and could not set them up using the EE hub and IPhone 10. EE tech support not able to sort out.
I managed to sort the issue out myself, it was the VPN running on my phone prevented the final connection. Turned off the VPN, set up the smart plugs, turned VPN back on and everything works fine.
